By placing an order with Gulnaz Boot Bazaar on WhatsApp, at the shop or by phone, you agree to the terms below. Please read them once before you confirm an order.
- Orders are confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp with the price, size and availability.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees in whole amounts and may change without notice; the price confirmed in your chat is the price you pay.
- Product photos and colours may vary slightly from the actual item because of lighting, screen settings and leather grain.
- Sizes follow the UK/IND scale shown on each product; leather can give slightly with wear.
- Delivery timelines are estimates, and courier delays outside our control may extend them.
Stock is limited and availability is confirmed at the time of order. We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock and will inform you on WhatsApp, with a refund where payment has already been made.
