How your order reaches you
Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before it is packed, so you always know the price, the size and the delivery time in writing. We deliver to addresses across India through courier partners, and in and around Mohali we are happy to hand over your pair in person at the shop.
- We ship to the address and pin code you confirm on WhatsApp.
- Delivery is typically 3 to 6 working days depending on your pin code; local Mohali and Chandigarh addresses are usually faster.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shared with you on WhatsApp before you confirm the order.
- Cash on delivery is offered where the pin code supports it; otherwise we ask for payment before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking details on the same WhatsApp chat.
Please check the parcel when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged, with a photo of the parcel and the item. We will sort it out with the courier and replace or adjust the order. If a delivery is delayed beyond the window we quoted, message us on +91 93155 12111 and we will chase it for you.
